Bladder Health

Bladder or urinary incontinence is a loss of bladder control that can lead to problems such as :

*    Sudden urges to urinate, sometimes leading to accidental wetting.
*    Urinating more that 8  times/day.
*    Frequently waking up at night to urinate.
*    Accidental urination or leaking when you cough, sneeze, or laugh.
*    Pain with urination.

While this problem can occur in both men and women, it is more common in women and can occur in women at any age.

Fortunately this common, but still embarrassing, problem can be diagnosed and treated.  Dr. Tromans and her staff nurse Rebecca offer a comprehensive program that will restore healthy bladder control in women.  The program includes :
  • Initial consultation
  • Testing and diagnosis
  • Education
  • Personalized Treatment Plan , which may include :
  •         a nutrition plan
  •         medication
  •         specialized exercises
To assist with treatments, we use the state-of-the-art :
*    Aware EMG Biofeedback Muscle Monitor
*    Aware Pelvic Floor Stimulator
